Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/Thousand Islands

I'm just now getting around writing this review in terms of how delicious the breakfast was, while my family & I were staying at this hotel (from the night of 6/19 to 6/21 at noon) during our week long vacation. Even though it was at least $15 both mornings, the quality of the food was top notch! The hotel staff & the waitresses were very nice too. You can also never go wrong with swimming at the pool with the temperature just right & relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Excellent customer service (and I mean absolutely top notch, impeccable, friendly people) with a great restaurant beyond what you’d expect in a small hotel, spotless rooms, a cool snack selection in the room (extra cost I paid for, but worth it for how well they did) and a super warm pool. 10/10 will return when I’m back in town. It was worth every penny.

staff at this location were very kind and accommodating. I had a water overflow mishap in the tub and felt terrible about it and they were quick to respond and fix it while also reassuring me that everything would be OK. they would’ve also offered to give me another room, but they were full on that particular evening so they provided me with a fan to finish draining the floor after they shampooed it at 9 o’clock at night. I appreciate all of their best efforts and understanding. Everyone was wonderful.

Our family had a celebration of life for our mother in the banquet room in August. We were very pleased with the banquet room, audio/video equipment, food and drinks, and the excellent customer service. They also offered a bereavement rate for hotel rooms. Our family from out of town really appreciated that. We would highly recommend the Watertown Hilton Garden Inn to anyone planning an event.

Honestly surprised how nice this Hilton is! short stay for a weekend while visiting family and celebrating an anniversary. All the staff were very friendly from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. Seems to employ a lot of people to take care of the place. Spotlessly clean. Saw one housekeeper mopping the stairwell. Appreciated the EV chargers on site. Can use your phone as a digital key. Great hot tub and pool too. Sunset views from the pavilion and rooms on one side Highly recommend!

Stay here often for business. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. The restaurant is always great and the service there is top notch!

This is my favorite Hilton garden inn location so far. Stayed here for a wrestling tournament with my daughter and husband. Rooms were sparkling clean, as was the pool and very relaxing hot tub. Service was excellent and accommodating. The hotel itself was quiet and well kept. We were able to relax after the tournament and enjoy our time in Clayton. Thank you!

Room was comfortable though loud due to highway being maybe 50 feet away. Traffic noise from 5 am to 10 pm. Internet connection kept failing and reconnecting through the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maid staff was wonderful. There is a restaurant in hotel, making it easy to stay in on bad winter nights. Parking is good, large lot.
